14 hours later

We have power but more storms predicted. How embarrassing for the state of Hawaii. Last time an earthquake knocked it out. This time lightening. We heard complaints for days last time.

Power out again

Way to show our future president how screwed up our system is. A little thunderstorm knocked the power out island wide.

Tornado Warning

The island of Kauai has a tornado warning. I've never seen that for the weather watch before. I know they've had water spouts around before which are tornadoes over water.

It took 6 hours for the power to come back on the other day and we've still had severe weather warnings and flood watches posted. My neighbor's downstairs got flooded out even though all of the problems with that were supposed to be resolved.

No power now

Cause it's windy and stormy the power went out. Sucks to be here in paradise on such a crappy day. Already figured it was an indoor day by the sound of things before I got up.

Rain, rain, rain

It's raining something fierce here today and really windy too. Yesterday we did most of our Christmas shopping. I just gotta do some more for Jake. His list is real small this year and manageable. It's snowing at my sister's house and it's weird to think of so far down south.
Not too much to update on. We've been going to the dentist to get caught up on dental work.
My turn next week to get some broken teeth crowned. I can't stand the taste of the temporary crowns so I'll probably be feeling sick for a week.

is it broke

You ever have those days when you think maybe your e-mail is broke because you're not even getting spam. Sometimes it's the only way I keep up with the world.

On a different note my doctor changed my meds and I feel tired and loopy most of the time. If I take the right amount I'm exhausted. If I don't then I have to supplement with short-acting meds which still make me tired. It's hard to get anything done when your ass is dragging. If I try to read or focus on anything for any lenght of time I fall asleep. I'm trying not to go out too much in order to avoid spending money right now. So I'm not going out, not reading, not playing games, and really not doing too much of anything because I'm tired. I've tried cutting out some of my meds in order to stop the tiredness or cut the cost, and wind up feeling real screwed up.

A funny cute pic

He has this look on his face like what do you mean I'm too young to drink? He was sitting at a bar rail looking out a window while I went outside and snapped the picture.

Birthdays, Halloween, etc

I celebrated an early birthday by finally going to a University of Hawaii home game. They played an awesome game and won in the last 2 minutes. I was raining like crazy and I had to drink my beer fast before it got watered down. Earlier that day Jake had a game and they had to call the game in the 3rd quarter because one of his team mates got injured. The poor kid broke his arm right in front of Jake. They were both going for the same tackle.

Halloween was busy here and Matthew was a monkey. It was the first time we trick or treated with him and he just kept staring at all the kids. He had a blast. Jake changed costumes 4 times and went up the street the same amount. He got lots of candy. I tried to redistribute some so we don't wind up with too much. We still have a lot though.

Jacob took his entrance test to Kamehameha Schools. It was a 3 1/2 hour test and he has an interview in 2 weeks. Plus I have to send in recommendations from coaches and teachers plus report cards and standarized testing scores. I still think his chances are slim. Over 2000 kids apply and they only accept a few.

Vacation memories

Well we went to Maui on the SuperFerry. Jake got real nauseous on the way there. I should've given him the adult strength sea-sickness medicine and realized it too late. Matthew ran around the whole boat and I did just fine. I don't get sea-sick. We drove plenty on Maui and I shopped some. I found the best deals at WalMart. They had super markdowns and I saved a lot. But I never did find anything special this trip. I got to try Patron for the first time and kept trying to talk them out of the bottle. The bottle's really cool and I've always wanted one. I had the best BBQ chicken salad at a place called Ruby's. We ate too much everyday and I'm feeling it now.

Syd wound up buying me a gigantic bottle for my birthday and it'll probably take me forever to drink it. Jacob's team won their first game yesterday. 16 to 0. Matthew is getting sick now and is miserable.

post that got froze up

I had this nice long post that got froze up and never posted. It was about football practices and the game. The very first game and they lost...darn...oh well it's just for fun anyway. About Syd playing golf and being gone so much because he went to the UH football game right after work on Saturday. About me scoring a bunch of puzzles from Saver's that Matthew loves. About going on the Super Ferry on Sunday....yay! Since we are taking our car and staying with Syd's nephew we don't need to pack suitcases just laundry baskets...lol. We need a wheelchair for his dad to get around easier. I think I'm finally over my cold. I need to get a haircut then I'll be fine. I managed to talk Jacob into getting one by telling him his head will sweat less under the helmet.

Nothing much going on

Just counting down the days til we go to Maui. My father-in-law has to come because we can't leave him at home by himself so we got a ticket for him and hope it works out well. He isn't strong enough to walk very far. We are sitting in the premium lounge. Just look up Hawaii Super Ferry and you can see the layout and stuff. They have an arcade and even a toddler's area to play. I plan on enjoying the view and hoping my family doesn't get sea sick.

My cold has been kicking my butt and really messed up my sinuses. I got them to drain but it's such a funky feeling when it happens. It's like crying from your nose.

We watched our friends play tennis on Sunday then had chinese food. Syd got me some kind of soup from there because he knew I was sick. Yesterday dinner was an ice cream cone. Gotta go for the comfort foods when your ill.

Jake figured out the helmet but needs a haircut bad. Without all the hair he should have no problems.

I'm watching the premieres of all the tv shows and didn't watch the Emmy's because I knew Hugh Laurie didn't win. Too bad because he's a terrific actor. Gotta love the bad boys.

My turn to be sick

I'm the one that's sick now. It's messed up my sinuses and I look and horrible mess.

Yesterday was Syd's birthday and we had a cookout last night.  I never got him anything because we just got our blackberries and we're going to Maui in 2 weeks.  We are taking the superferry over.  It'll take about 3 hours to get there and we'll stay for about a week.  We did it last year only we flew over.  It should be a lot of fun.  We have to take Pa because we can't leave him alone for all that time.

Jacob started football yesterday.  They had their 1st scrimmage.  I had to drop him off at 7:30 am and picked him up at 10 o'clock.  He doesn't like his helmet because he can't get it on and off without it hurting real bad.  We'll have to ask the coach on Monday about it.

Don't know how we are going to spend today.  I think I need the taking care of today.

week in review

It was a strange week.  With computer and internet issues.  The cable company fixed the modem problems.  I guess the whole area was having problems.  The older laptop kept losing its internet connection so I updated the driver for the network card and it seems to be better.  Of Best Buy was supposed to download all drivers for it but I guess they missed that one.  I looked up my rewards account and I have $30 in certificates I can use there along with the $40 gift card.

The doctor's appointment I had went the same as usual.  Still having panic attacks but don't want to change meds.  I was kinda tipsy when I went there because we had an early lunch at Hooters with a friend.  Kaipo used to live next door but decided to move out when it got to be too much of a hassle.  He doesn't come up the street as much and we don't get the chance to just hang out together.

Jacob wants to sign up for football which would cost $250 to $300 just to sign up.  They would loan him the pads but he would have to buy cleats.  I'm not so sure because we haven't heard anything back yet about the scratched truck.  A neighborhood friend volunteered to be a mediator of sorts because he's closer with them.

Got the first call from school this week.  Jacob thought he would be funny and sit in some other girl's seat.  Everyone told him to move but he wouldn't.  A boy got upset and grabbed Jake around the neck.  The teacher noticed and sent them both to the office.  Jake also went to the school nurse but he was ok.  They both get detention and the boy gets more because his offense was worse.  Now Jake knows not to play around at school and it's not the same as elementary school.  On a good note he turned in his collection sheet for the Text Book Run and had the most money collected in his class.  He gets a t-shirt, snack and drink, and a field trip to Dave and Buster's.

Modem problems

We had a cable outage last night right in the middle of watching Fringe. Then the internet is still down this morning. I called Oceanic Cable and did some resets and unplugging but to no avail. I can trade out my modem to see if that works. They made me an appointment for service one week from now. If switching the modem works then I don't have to worry. Please let that fix it.

Benefits of blogging

I feel closer to my sister because I can read her blog and know what is happening every day.  She can read my posts about everyday stuff too.

Like tomorrow is my doctor's appointment which I dread.  I start having anxiety and panic attacks just thinking about it.  I'll just update him on how I've been feeling and how my meds are working out.  But I still worry and hate going.  I don't handle the unknown well and don't like to not feel in control.  The panic attacks are different now but still hard to explain.  I'm exhausted just thinking about it.  Then relief hits me the moment I walk out of the office.  Until 4 to 6 weeks later when I'll go back.

weird day

I'm getting my newest laptop ready to send in for repair since I fried it.  I know it has a disc in it still so I have to plug it in and turn it on to get the disc out.  Well the laptop totally boots up and everything.  So I guess I don't need to send it in now. Yeah!!

Yesterday we bought Jacob a brand new bike which we find out that he crashed into a truck and scratched the truck up pretty bad. I have a picture I'm going to try too upload.  It has to be claimed under our homeowner's if anything and we have a $500 deductible.  It may cause a change in our rates though and not be worth it to claim it depending on the cost.

Then I get my T-Mobile bill with $470 in extra charges.  It turns out they were going to charge us $200 a phone for numbers that a sales rep told us to get rid of.  Anyway she was able to waive them.  Yeah T-Mobile for good customer service.

Also I am waiting on a refill to the pharmacy to be called in and filled.  The pharmacy tech said it hadn't. The dr's office said it had.  The pharmacy tech again said he didn't have it.  The dr's office calls and talks to someone else who said yes it was filled.  Ugh!!  My head is spinning.

Stupid Best Buy

I got an automated call saying it was ready and to pick it up within 5 days. So I go there. I had already talked to a manager on the phone. He told me he'd call me back with a compensation for my troubles. Of course he didn't. So I get there and they asked me if I was told it was ready because it was still updating and would take 20 more minutes. I told them about the call again. Turns out that it was the same automated original call for the original pick up. I said I wanted to talk to the manager and wound up waiting forever for the computer and didn't see the manager until the computer was done. I had to remind them that I still wanted to talk to him. Well he finally came out and I asked why he never called me back. He said he delegated it. Anyway I got a $40 gift card for Best Buy although I can't imagine what I would spend it on right now because the last thing I want to do is return there for a 4th time to spend more money.

Best Buy's Crappy Service

I get an automated voice message this morning that cuts off in the middle. So I call and they say my laptop is ready. I go to pick it up and bring it home to install Windows. Well BB doesn't install the driver for the new hard drive so my puter doesn't find it. After a call to BB they tell me how I can get the driver. Of course it doesn't work that easy so I have to return and pay $130 to have the operating system installed. Once again off to BB wait and leave puter. Went to eat lunch and get another automated message that cuts off. So we head back to BB and I wait to be told it wasn't ready. Turns out it was just a stupid duplicate message from the first. I talked to a manager and basically only got apologies. I am tempted to call the store manager and bitch some more.

Messed up my laptop

I think I fried the motherboard. It is under warranty. Let's hope it costs me nothing to fix. I also decided to take my older laptop in to get fixed. I hope it doesn't cost more than $250 to get it working. It originally cost $600 us the expanded RAM in it. Then we'll have 2 laptops. A new one would be at least $500 so we are trying to keep the repairs under that cost. We can't just buy a laptop every time one goes down.
It sounds like my sister is finally heading home after Gustav. And UH football home game starts tonight. Syd will be there with our neighbors.
I got my baby's haircut and it's short.

Fwd: Check Out These New Mental Health Blogs

from a blog I read about mental health issues

Subj: Check Out These New Mental Health Blogs
Well, they're not all new, per se, but they're some of the mental health blogs I've been checking out lately.

Recovering One Day At A Time is written by maryruth, a seriously busy American woman (she's a single mother of four, a homeschooler to her special needs son, a writer, a NAMI advocate, and she just started working on her Master's in Psychology!) who wants to share her "walk through mental illness to recovery."

I'm Listening is written by "Wandering Coyote," a Canadian lady who's managing borderline personality disorder, dysthymia, and major depressive disorder and who seeks to bust the stigma of mental illness.

Clinically Clueless is written by "Clueless," another American woman who, for the past 20 years, has both worked in the mental health field and has been is psychotherapy. Clueless has been dealing with dsysthymia, borderline personality disorder, major depressive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and an eating disorder, as well as self-injury and suicidal ideation.

One Bipolar Life is written by "Preciousrock," a single mother who is managing bipolar disorder, attention deficit disorder (ADD), and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and who also runs OneBipolarLife.com.

Advocate Support Blog is a very thorough blog that covers mental health resources, interesting links, mental health news, and other information related to mental health. The writer, James Crosson, is also affiliated with Advocate Support Services, Inc.

PsyBlog is by no means new (I think it's been around since 2004), but I just recently stumbled across it. Its owner, freelance writer Jeremy Dean, has various degrees in the mental health field and he keeps the site packed with mental health information.

Mental Health - Able Mart is a sort of Web site/blog duo, where you can find articles/blog posts about everything from managing stress as a caregiver to bipolar disorder.

I've added each of these blogs to the blogroll here at Mental Health Notes, and if you know of any others you think I should feature, feel free to drop me a line in the comments.

In the meantime, happy reading!

My sister is heading for high ground

My sister is running from the hurricane and I hope her home is safe. She's spent so much time working on it and it would be bad if it got hit.
My neighbors had a major water leak and are dealing with the after effects. They are really nice people who are taking the troubles in stride.
The football opener for University of Hawaii was not pretty. Florida pretty much blew it out. We had to get up super early to prepare for the game. It started at 6:30 am our time.

Weird Panic Attack

I had a panic attack while driving.  I have had them before while driving but this one was different.  Afterwards I was past the turn that I had needed to take and was all confused about how I got to where I was.  I still can't figure out how I got to the place that I was.  So basically I was driving without a clue.  Luckily I was OK and not too far off course so I just turned around and came home which was my destination anyway.
I can tell anybody what causes the attacks because I don't know.  Sometimes it's just a feeling or pattern that happens like a deja-vu thing or just the feeling of the pattern or shape.  It's not like I'm terrified of something and it happens.  Too much xanax causes me to be tired.  I'm afraid that if I don't have a panic attack that everything will explode into a major depression like before.  I feel like it's a release valve to keep my emotions in check somewhat.  So as much as I hate them, I'm also afraid of not having any ever again.   I couldn't stand the downward pull of a major depression again.  I've had too many of those to want to live that way.  It's not fair to the people around me.

Feeling the loss

I am finding myself thinking of my old friend Rhonda who sadly passed away recently after being very ill. She was paralyzed in an accident several years ago and the resulting health problems took their toll. She always showed her faith in the positive and would've said at least she had more time with her kids. She was truly a special person with a heart as big as the world. She will be missed in places across the country because she touched many people's lives.

trying to brave it out

I told Matthew that I was throwing away all of his bottles and he can only have cups now. He had a fit for about 15 minutes and then moved on. He won't drink from one of his sippy cups yet but I hope perseverance will prevail. He had to drink out of a cup with a straw to drink milk the other day and once he realized it wasn't so bad he downed it all. Have to do this because all he wants to do is drink milk all day and not eat. He'll drink juice out of a sippy just fine. He hangs on to a blanket too. He is interested in learning his abc's and has memorized some of them. He's fussing now for more bottle. I hope he gives up easy. LOL

coolest thing

I have this program on my BB that can get updates from blogs.  You can add your faves.  I'm getting my sisters and my own just for kicks.  Still playing around and adding free programs and learning how to delete straight from the phone.  Using shortcuts to do stuff.  Love the camera part...my razor one was junk.  I love being able to text my hubby for stuff instead of calling him at work.  One night I went to sleep.  And I had my phone by me.  When it beeped with a new email it woke me up. Couldn't sleep then for 2 or 3 hours.  Won't do that again.  LOL.

Rear ended yet again

We were coming home from WalMart and got rear-ended at a dead stop. It was just a jolt and I didn't get out to see the damage. It appears that I have more scratches on my car now than I had before. The last time it happened was at about the same place and the person just took off. This time he got out and fixed his licensce plate and said my car was fine. Ha Ha. Matthew was sleeping when this happened and stayed asleep.

Swap Meet cont'd

don't you hate when you push the wrong button and send before you're ready.

The swap meet was boring because there were 2 events going on at the stadium and it was hard to get in there and three times as hard to get out of there.

I was looking for cell phone stuff but didn't find anything that would work for what I want. I got away kind of cheap meaning I didn't spend much at all. Nothing there I couldn't live without.

I decided to add texting programs onto our phones because Syd is enjoying texting. He brought up some good points about it. I can text him that I need something so he'll get it before he leaves work. Doesn't mean he won't forget but there's always hope. I started out kind of basic and if we use a lot of text messages then we'll upgrade to unlimited.

tomorrow is a golf day for him ....boo hoo.

I found this really cool free program to make your own ringtones. I just did a web search and used it. It was real easy.

first game for Blackberry

I got a game today and thought something was wrong because I couldn't get it to install.  I think I unzipped the wrong part of the file because when I did it again I was able to install it.  It's Bookworm which is one of my favorite games.

I woke up with a real sore hand.  I either slept wrong or got Blackberryitis.  LOL.  Syd used his this morning to IM to get coffee.  It's good for when you got a 3 level house like we do.

No school today due to state holiday.  I hung around the house all day because my FIL hasn't been feeling the greatest.  Better then worrying about him.  Plus I have the munchies today.  Too much stuff that isn't good for me.  I'm craving carrot cake but don't want to go get it.

I took a survey and made $3.00 on PayPal.  So I'll have to check out some stuff on EBay.

Blackberry crumbs

I got most of my ringtones back without having to repay. I called TMobile to let them know what happened and they sent me all of them but one. I don't know if they forgot that one or what. I'm trying to find out what micro card would work because I have an extra one. I just don't want to screw it up again. It's a pain in the ass to redo everything. I need a Dummies book to learn what I can do.

Blackberry Problem

I had to take it back cause I broke the back cover. Not too good. I'm not super strong or anything.
Plus I missed my doctor's appointment cause Syd was late coming home from golf. It's not the first time he came home really late and messed up something I needed to do. Some how I always get pushed to the side. Sucks but it's minor compared to how bad some people have it. Guess I worried about the appointment for nothing.

New Learning curve

Well we got Blackberry Curves and I gotta learn how to use them.  Hence the new learning curve or learning a new Curve.  I still love my IPod Touch but couldn't see getting one of the IPhones too.  Can't have everything.
Jake is super jealous and I'm going to get him Soul Caliber IV to make him happier.  I was going to wait until the end of the month but he's been doing really good at reading for 1 hour every night. So off to the mall I go.
Probably will stop at Old Navy and the bookstore too.
Still dreading that appointment tomorrow.

Upcoming Dr's appt

I have my psychiatrist appointment in 2 days and I dread it. Every time I have an appointment I stress about it for days. I hate spending an hour in there talking about how things are. I still feel like no one believes that I have problems. It is paralyzing for me to do things or try new things. I worry constantly and am anxious most of the time. Little things can set off my depression and stress. I am functioning in life but only barely. I suffer from the shoulda's but you can't go back and change things. My meds make me sleepy and my baby has to beat on me to try to get my attention when I'm nodding off. If things were different I'd spend more time with him developing his learning. If I weren't so tired.....that's all I say and feel.

New Friends

We met the nicest people last night.  Syd invited the doctor from work over and his wife.  They are originally from Washington state and are super nice and down-to-earth.  We watched the Olympics and ate grilled steak.  The Dr. -Ron- even drank Coors Light.  I guess being from WA he would.  Sometimes I'm so surrounded by Heineken drinkers that it's not funny.

Matt is still getting over being sick and went to sleep early which cut out my entertaining at an early hour.  I tried to leave him asleep by himself but he woke up when he realized he was alone.
Our neighbors from across the street came over too but I didn't get to spend much time with them.
We want to have them over again and hope to do so.

I can't believe that Bernie Mac passed away.  He was only 50.  I got a wicked reminder of my upcoming birthday at Savers.  They put all their Halloween stuff out already.  I'll be 46 when this one rolls around.  that's about the same age my mom was when I came to see my sister graduate.  Somehow she seemed older.  I guess 4 kids would do that.  She was only 16 when she had me.  Watch out to Britney Spears sister.  My kids are 11 and 2 1/2 so maybe that's why I don't feel old.  I can't believe that when you go to buy alcohol it says they ID under 40 years old.  I haven't touched up my hair lately so I haven't been carded...lol.

Blackberry Curve

I was talking to the guy at T-Mobile/Costco  about phones.  He was trying to get me to get the Blackberry and the internet/e-mail pkg as an add-on to our phones now.  It would mean that I could be considered a new customer and not an upgrade so I'd save $200 on the phone.  I'd pay activation but get $50 back as a rebate.  Syd could get a slider phone for a 1 penny as an upgrade.  We'd downgrade our plan since we don't call a lot.  I'd have to give out my new cell number and then cancel the old phone when I'm ready in about 6 weeks.

This was making my head hurt or it was just Costco.  Plus I have to get Syd's ok anyway.

Been checking out phones

Our contract is up soon for T-mobile and we can get phone upgrades.  I'm considering a Blackberry now.
I don't think I'll do the I-phone thing because the plan would cost too much plus I already have an I-Touch.
Syd and Jake hardly use their phones so it'll probably be just me upgrading unless Syd decides he needs a cool new gadget too.  I want more internet on my phone.  I believe everything should be wi-fi and wi-fi should be free everywhere.  Maybe in the future.

Everyone's sick

Syd started it all by coming down with bronchitis.  He missed 2 days of work and coughed most of the night.  Now Matthew has a fever too and is coughing.  I haven't slept much because of the 2 of them.  Jake is ok now and hopefully won't get sick.  I'd hate for him to miss school since it just started.
Yesterday we helped chop up coconut tree parts.  The tree had been cut down and the green waste trash pickup wouldn't take it because it wasn't cut up.  It wasn't our tree but good neighbors do good things.  So I'm sore in funny places today and even got a little bit of sun too.  Our neighbors bought Chinese food to thank us and it sure filled me up.
I keep expecting Jake to bring home choke homework but so far it's been not so bad.  No reading for 50 minutes a night yet.  They have a reading program that rewards them with a movie but I think they read in a study hall type of setting.  The good news is that he likes Middle School.
My sister sent me a pic of gas below $4.00 a gallon.  It's $4.40 here so no long drives or just idling in the car with the a/c on.  We're usually in the top 10 highest gas prices in the nation here.

It's so cool that someone from Lifecast replied about my post. I'll hang in there and keep trying until I'm a pro.

Panic attacks continue

yesterday was horrible for panic attacks and they continue...imagine feeling your worst fear and dread over nothing for no reason...then a lingering feeling of dread...sure prescriptions help but make me drowsy...I can't be nodding off when I'm watching my toddler...caffeine helps and hurts at the same time...picks me up but wires me too which is not a good thing when you already have problems

Wow I feel so hi-tech

I have a hit counter now...how hi-tech is that...my sister is giving me suggestions on how to do this...today is just a lazy Sunday...gotta do laundry so my boy has uniform shirts for middle school...we usually go out for lunch on Sundays too but we'll see if that happens or not...last night was a nice night of a combined cookout with our neighbors and watching Keiki Hula on tv...it was even in hi-def...amazing for a local program...you could really see the hand movements, colors, and all the beautiful flowers...

hanging by a thread

we had a gift of a 12 pack of free beer...shared with the neighbors last night...drank 1 or 2 too many...pizza is the cure-all for hangovers....even if it's frozen

Panic attacks are back

They're not the same as b4 but I'm having them again...more manageable but still weird...my poor son Jacob had to start school with peeling skin from a bad sunburn and also the biggest fat lip from a fever blister...thank god they took pictures b4 school started...thought it was weird then but it's so they could get their ID's...the ID's double as lunch cards...you pay into an account and then they show their ID at lunch to debit it...first real day of school he forgets his ID and can't eat lunch unless I take it to school...well the police shut down both accesses to the school so I had to go in the exit road in order to get to the school...so far he likes middle school

Pain heals. Chicks dig scars. Glory... lasts forever.

this is one of my favorite quotes from the movie The Replacements. Do you think it's true?

why is perfection boring you ask

when I met my husband to be he had flaws which I described to my friends. When they met him they had expected something different. My answer to him and everyone was I don't want you to be perfect because then I'd have to be. Perfection is boring, flaws, scars, and such make people more interesting.....opinions?? anyone.....
Are you perfect or not perfect? Please vote and use a not perfect name like mine is notperfectdeb. Who are you?
Check out my sister's brutally honest blog about cancer and recovery.......
This is a digi-page I did a long time ago.

Still learning

Today is Jake's first day of middle school. it's only orientation...so not such a biggie.....probably just a lot of boring talking........I gave him a melatonin last night to help him sleep better and he said he woke up at 1 am and has been up since....I think it's just nerves and being anxious. I let him drink tea for breakfast....he never has caffeine...don't even drink soda so watch out!!

Using Ipod Touch to post

I did it now I just got to figure out some other stuff and I'll be okay. Not the biggest chatter so it won't be much.

The Day Before

This is the day before school starts. I took Jacob holo holo with me. Syd pissed at me over his iPod. I'm just trying to cope.

First Time

Syd has inventory today and left late. He chopped up the tree in the back. I did laundry and cheated at my diet plan today.
Matt went upstairs and napped by himself. Such a big boy. Jake is miserable with sunburn.

Ipod Touch is Awesome

I haven't figured it all out yet but I have a few applications on it. I'm currently addicted to checking for updates and new apps. I think I really want a IPhone when my contract expires.
