We have power but more storms predicted. How embarrassing for the state of Hawaii. Last time an earthquake knocked it out. This time lightening. We heard complaints for days last time.

Power out again

Way to show our future president how screwed up our system is. A little thunderstorm knocked the power out island wide.

Tornado Warning

The island of Kauai has a tornado warning. I've never seen that for the weather watch before. I know they've had water spouts around before which are tornadoes over water.

It took 6 hours for the power to come back on the other day and we've still had severe weather warnings and flood watches posted. My neighbor's downstairs got flooded out even though all of the problems with that were supposed to be resolved.

No power now

Cause it's windy and stormy the power went out. Sucks to be here in paradise on such a crappy day. Already figured it was an indoor day by the sound of things before I got up.

Rain, rain, rain

It's raining something fierce here today and really windy too. Yesterday we did most of our Christmas shopping. I just gotta do some more for Jake. His list is real small this year and manageable. It's snowing at my sister's house and it's weird to think of so far down south.
Not too much to update on. We've been going to the dentist to get caught up on dental work.
My turn next week to get some broken teeth crowned. I can't stand the taste of the temporary crowns so I'll probably be feeling sick for a week.
